Excellent prices were a bonus. The apartment was clean and had absolutely perfect location very near to most tourist attractions in Fort Cochin. The owner made my stay enjoyable. During the stay everything was perfect and I got wake up service as a compliment. Well, it had a perfectly clean and cheap room with a bathroom, garden view, for example. You can find Fusion Bay just a short stroll away from the property, I loved their food.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Kochi right by most tourist attractions in Fort Cochin. The hotel is located conveniently close to most things a tourist wants to see.- There was a cheap room with a balcony view.- The bathroom was clean and well-maintained.

We had a such great stay in Kochi really close to the Fort Garden Residency, all important tourist places viz Fort beach and Fort Kochi.

The location was super convenient, close to all the must-see attractions and transportation. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, always with a smile on his face. The rooms were clean and had great amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, and hot showers. I also appreciated the late checkout and the mosquito-proofed windows and doors. a mind-blowingly pleasant stay!

I keep coming back to this place because of friendly staff and excellent service. They even allowed me to have a late check out. It has Wi-Fi, free parking, shared kitchen, laundry, in-room breakfast. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely home stay in Kochi. The owner, Mr. Thomas, was an absolute gem. He was extremely polite, helpful, and went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable. He even arranged for a delicious breakfast for me, even though it wasn't included in my request. Mr. Thomas's manners and nature were commendable, making him a perfect gentleman. The location of the home stay was ideal, with all the important tourist places just a 5-10 minute walk away. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, and my room had a good AC. The Keralite breakfast served was delicious, especially the Idli-Sambar. Mr. Thomas and his family were amazing hosts, providing me with a map of Fort Kochi and guiding me with all the local details. They even helped me arrange transportation to Alleppey at the most reasonable rates. I highly recommend this home stay for its location, cleanliness, hospitality, and the exceptional service provided by Mr. Thomas.

The rooms at Fort Garden Residency are so cosy and welcoming! The wardrobe and dressing room make it easy to keep things organized, and the private bathroom is a huge plus. They even provide free toiletries, which is a nice touch.

Personally, I found the dressing room a bit small. However, I know that others may still find it perfectly adequate for their needs.

The room was excellent - spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The owner and staff were polite, kind, and very helpful, giving us a run-down of local points of interest. The hotel facilities were great and the beds were very comfortable. The location was ideal for us, being in a vibrant area with the best restaurants, shops, and seafront activities nearby.
